Tour Manager

We are looking for a strong professional who is also passionate about traveling and planning travels with our Clients. The Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and hassle-free tour experience to our clients by accompanying them. The work they do will determine our brand image, ensure repeated patronage from our clients, and tip our profit scales.

Scope, Requirements, and Benefits:

• Travel partner: Must be willing to accompany clients as needed and with minimal notice
• Client acquisition and engagement: Visit Colleges, Schools, and Organizations to showcase our services
• Must think on their feet, be resourceful, resilient, and considerate
• Should possess a private vehicle with a valid license
• Interest in the Tourism industry and traveling is a must
• Responsible for daily reporting, securing clients’ data, and maintaining confidentiality per company policies
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major - Must Have
• 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Travel Executive/ Manager
• Strong knowledge in Travel planning - ticketing, securing accommodations, passport/ Visa assistance, and more
• Effective communication skills. Multilingualism is a major advantage
• Adept at negotiations and sealing deals
• The Tour Manager gets to explore places within the country with the clients
• They are eligible for performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
