Tour Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tour Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of memorable travel experiences. You will manage day-to-day tour operations, communicate with travelers and suppliers, and ensure every tour runs smoothly from the initial booking to the final departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and update detailed tour itineraries and travel schedules.
• Book and manage accommodations, transportation, activities, and local guides.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before and during tours.
• Confirm reservations, prepare travel documents, and ensure all logistics are in place.
• Monitor tour progress, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans when needed.
• Communicate with hotels, drivers, suppliers, and destination partners to maintain seamless operations.
• Lead pre-tour briefings and support guest check-ins.
• Track budgets, invoices, supplier payments, and overall tour expenses.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and post-tour feedback for continuous improvement.
• Uphold safety standards and respond effectively to unexpected changes or customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel coordination, hospitality, tourism, or event planning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
• Proficiency in booking platforms, travel software, and office applications.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or travel when required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
