Job Description

As a Tour Manager, your role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing travel arrangements for various groups or individuals to ensure a seamless and enjoyable tour experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and designing tour itineraries based on client requirements, preferences, and budget. - Researching and selecting appropriate destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and other services while considering logistics, timing, and local regulations. - Interacting with clients to understand their travel needs and expectations, providing recommendations, answering queries, and addressing concerns. - Customizing tours to meet individual or group requirements and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with service providers, negotiating contracts and rates, managing bookings, and coordinating logistics for a seamless travel experience. - Preparing and managing tour budgets, monitoring expenses, comparing quotes, and seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. - Ensuring compliance with travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and visa requirements. - Supervising tour executives and support staff, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient workflow. - Conducting performance evaluations, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment. - Anticipating and proactively addressing potential issues or emergencies during tours, developing contingency plans and procedures to handle unforeseen circumstances. - Delivering excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships. - Attending to customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to continuously improve tour quality and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to keep abreast of industry trends, destination information, and regulatory changes impacting travel arrangements, as well as liaising with clients, vendors, and local authorities to resolve problems and ensure the safety and well-being of travelers. Maintaining data in CRM will also be part of your responsibilities. This role is full-time with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.,
