A leading international travel company , is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Travel Consultant – Domestic & international Operations . The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in Domestic and International travel planning , with the ability to lead, sell, and operate complex itineraries for FIT, GIT, Business, and Corporate clients Key Responsibilities: • Proactively convert leads to confirmed sales, nurturing potential customers into loyal clients. • Design, customize, and sell high-quality Domestic and International travel itineraries for various segments (FIT, GIT, Corporate, Business Travel). • Assess and understand clients’ needs to craft personalized travel experiences and solutions. • Handle end-to-end travel planning, including transportation, accommodation, visa support, insurance, and concierge services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B vendors, hotels, DMCs, and transportation providers across India and abroad. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring seamless travel experiences and high customer satisfaction. • Lead and manage a small team within Sales and Operations, ensuring timely execution and quality service delivery. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination. • Leverage existing network to build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate the best rates.
