Job Overview. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Counselor in Gurdaspur. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position based in Gurdaspur, Punjab, India. With a fresher profile, we are looking for someone with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or International Relations).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and understand their individual needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Previous experience in counseling or related field is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities. Provide personalized counseling services to students interested in studying abroad.

Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.

Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or queries from students and their families.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
