Role Overview: At Avenga, you will play a crucial role in leading and contributing to Total Rewards projects, ensuring the design, mapping, and implementation of new compensation and benefits processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations within the Total Rewards function, collaborating with various stakeholders to align Rewards programs with organizational objectives, analyzing market data and internal metrics to generate insights, and staying informed on industry best practices and evolving regulations impacting Total Rewards globally. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Compensation and Total Rewards strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and contribute to Total Rewards projects by designing, mapping, and implementing new compensation and benefits processes. - Oversee daily operations within the Total Rewards function, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and compliance monitoring. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives. - Analyze market data and internal metrics to generate insights and strategic recommendations on compensation and benefits. - Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving regulations impacting Total Rewards globally to ensure programs remain modern and compliant. Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Compensation and Total Rewards strategies, systems, and processes. - Proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing strategic project work with daily operational tasks. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Confidence in leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that Rewards programs align with business goals and market trends. - Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a great employee experience through thoughtful compensation and benefits programs.
