Job Description

As a Tool Room Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance of molds through preventive and breakdown measures. You will be required to possess basic knowledge of machining of molds, including design using software such as Autocad, Catia, and Solidworks. Additionally, you should have expertise in mold flow analysis and hot runner molds. Your role will also involve creating designs and drawings of components such as ejector pins, sleeves, locating rings, sprue bushes, and nozzles. Proficiency in operations like lathe, milling, EDM, laser welding, and polishing will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Mold Maintenance including preventive and breakdown measures - Basic knowledge of machining of molds - Proficiency in design using software like Autocad, Catia, Solidworks - Mold flow analysis - Knowledge of hot runner molds - Ability to design/draw components like ejector pins, sleeves, locating rings, sprue bushes, and nozzles - Familiarity with lathe, milling, EDM, laser welding, and polishing operations Qualifications Required: - Diploma or graduation in relevant field (CIPET or Indo German certification is mandatory) - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role If you find this opportunity aligned with your expertise and career aspirations, kindly share your resume detailing your current salary, expected salary, and notice period.,
