Position Title: GM/DGM/AGM TMT Branding & Advertising

Role Objective:
To lead the branding, marketing communication, merchandising, schemes and promotions and events strategy for TMT products, online and offline, ensuring strong market presence, brand leadership, and effective sales enablement through impactful marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Branding & Marketing Leadership
- Define and implement the
overall branding strategy
for TMT products in line with business objectives. - Establish the TMT brand’s
market positioning
, value proposition, and differentiation. - Develop
annual branding & events calendar
, marketing budgets, and performance KPIs. - Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt branding strategies proactively.
- Develop relevant content and thematic creatives to meet brand positioning.
- Team Building & Vendor management
- Monitor competitor branding activities and suggest counter-strategies.
2. Event Planning & Brand Activation
- Plan and oversee
pan-India B2B & B2C branding events
, such as: - Dealer & Distributor Meets
- Engineer & Architect meets
- Contractor & Influencer Engagement Programs
- Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, Product Launches
- Site branding activities & rural marketing campaigns
- Shop boards, hoardings and any other innovative media
- Drive
on-ground activation
to ensure strong visibility and lead generation. - Ensure all events are aligned with sales goals and brand guidelines.
3. Dealer, Influencer & Channel Engagement
- Lead relationship-building initiatives with
dealers, distributors, architects, engineers, and contractors
to strengthen brand loyalty. - Design and implement
incentive schemes, co-branding programs, and engagement activities
to enhance channel participation. - Gather market feedback to refine strategies and improve customer experience.
4. Digital & Integrated Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives —
social media campaigns, website content, influencer marketing, and online promotions
— to boost TMT brand visibility. - Integrate digital efforts with offline events for maximum reach and measurable impact.
- Approve and supervise creative content, ad campaigns, and promotional videos.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with various teams in
Sales, Production, Dispatch, Finance, and HR
teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans. - Coordinate with
external agencies, media partners, printing vendors, and event management companies
for branding material and execution. - Ensure timely approvals, budget adherence, and brand consistency across all activities.
6. Budgeting & ROI Management
- Prepare and manage
annual branding & events budget
, ensuring optimal resource utilization. - Establish
KPIs and ROI metrics
for branding initiatives and events. - Regularly track spend vs. outcome, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements.
7. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the
branding & event marketing team
across regions. - Build strong performance-oriented culture with clear accountability and innovative thinking.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the marketing team.
8. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly branding and event activity reports for management review.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Track brand awareness, dealer satisfaction, and event outcomes through surveys and analytics.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / PG in Marketing or equivalent
- 10–15+ years of experience in
branding, events, and marketing
in building materials, cement or TMT sector - Proven track record of managing
large-scale branding programs and sales-driven marketing campaigns
