Job Description

As a People Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. Your main focus will be on creating a people agenda that aligns with the business goals and enables the company to achieve its ambitions. Working closely with the business, you will be actively involved in various people-related areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Partnering: Collaborating with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives are in line with organizational objectives. - Capability Building: Nurturing talent development, providing leadership coaching, and enhancing team performance. - Talent Management: Leading the talent management agenda, including activities such as talent councils, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees. You will also be involved in career pathing and developing a future-ready talent pipeline. - AOP Management: Aligning HR activities with business plans to drive performance and support growth. - HR Project Experience: Managing a variety of HR projects to contribute to business success and enhance employee satisfaction. - Campus Program Management: Working closely with Talent Acquisition and Business teams to design and implement the campus strategy, including internships, onboarding processes, and assimilation programs. - Recruitment: Collaborating with business stakeholders and Talent Acquisition to ensure high-quality and timely hiring processes. - Operations Management: Efficiently handling HR operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong HR experience in talent management, employee engagement, and retention. - Ability to work effectively within constraints and ambiguity. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a diverse set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
