Business Vertical MINING Role TM - Project - P&M Department Plant & Machinery State Name Jharkhand City Name Hura Experience Required 10+ Years Qualification Required Diploma/B.Tech/ B.E in Mechanical Job Description 1 Assist HOS & HOD in ascertaining annual spare parts requirement at project
2 Execute Breakdown / Preventive / Scheduled maintenance of equipment at project and ensure effective deployment of resources to execute the same 3 Coordinate with site team to identify various conditional monitoring measures and timely resolution of major breakdowns (if any) 4 Identify equipment to be covered under AMC, prepare work order/ MoU and monitor compliance of contract 5 Monitor and Co-ordinate scheduled maintenance recommended by Head-Office to follow with the standard methods while maintenance & repair services at project. 6 Ensure root cause analysis of major breakdowns or unplanned maintenance activities and prepare detailed report 7 Plan requirement of spares, ensure purchase as per technical standards and track the movement in coordination with stores in-charge at site 8 Analyze equipment efficiency and running costs to optimize them 9 Stay updated on latest technology advancements related to electrical /electronics and mechanical engineering 10 Assist HoS & HoD in equipment productivity monitoring at project. 11 Co-ordinate the process of equipment requisition with HOS & HOD including new purchase, transfer, hire etc. 12 Manage the allocation of resources including assets and manpower to increase efficiency and reduce costs
