Job Overview

As a Team Member Diamond, you will manage kitchen operations from food preparation through packaging and dispatch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn salad composition and presentation fundamentals
  • Master menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Maintain kitchen sanitization standards
  • Apply FIFO inventory management
  • Follow ingredient storage guidelines
  • Manage mise-en-place scheduling for timely preparation
  • Handle peak service efficiently while meeting KPIs
  • Track inventory and report stock levels
  • Ensure proper food packaging for quality during delivery
  • Coordinate order dispatch for timely delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
  • 9+ months kitchen experience including food preparation
  • Intermediate kitchen operations knowledge
