Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct daily terminal and TLF area rounds and take corrective actions as required.
Carry out daily toolbox talks and maintain safety records.
Coordinate with Control Room for tank operations, batch details, and reference density.
Supervise TT loading and unloading (decantation) as per operational and QC guidelines.
Ensure quality checks, sampling, labeling, retention, and disposal as per IQCM.
Monitor TT dips, quantity, and quality during loading and after calibration.
Ensure proper additive/ethanol/biodiesel blending and maintain records.
Maintain two-hourly density checks and update TLF display boards.
Ensure safe TT loading practices: earthing, bonding, PPE usage, fire extinguishers, and wheel chokes.
Maintain housekeeping of TLF area, sample room, and cabin; ensure basic facilities for TT crew.
Monitor bay performance and maintain shift-wise records.
Identify and report maintenance issues, leaks, unsafe acts, near misses, or suspected malpractices.
Ensure compliance with fire safety roles as per terminal fire organization chart.
Present all TLF, QC, and blending records to LIC for review.
