Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and operate control room systems, alarms, CCTV, TFMS, ESD, VRU, and automation panels.
Conduct daily terminal rounds and ensure safe, smooth operations.
Manage receipt and dispatch operations, including tank lorry planning and pump house coordination.
Ensure accurate stock accounting, tank dips, loss/gain reporting, and SAP postings.
Supervise tank line-up, pump operations, and automation accuracy.
Maintain water-free storage tanks and proper records.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, activity logs, ullage reports, and control room logbooks.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain safety records.
Ensure housekeeping of control room, sample room, and related areas.
Coordinate with TLF, TW pump house, automation vendors, and LIC.
Manage inventory of additives and consumables with proper documentation.
