Maintenance Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PDM) of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil equipment, and terminal facilities.
  
• Ensure smooth maintenance of MCC/PMCC, substations, utilities, pipelines, and associated infrastructure.
  
• Coordinate and monitor AMC/CAMC vendors to ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
  
• Minimize equipment breakdowns and avoid loss of sales due to failures.
  
• Maintain optimal inventory of spares to reduce downtime.
  
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement permanent solutions.
  
• Coordinate with OEMs for fast repair and technical support.
  
• Ensure facilities are maintained as per design standards and statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain and update as-built drawings, P&IDs, layouts, earthing, and cable drawings.
  
• Ensure testing, calibration, and maintenance records are properly maintained.
  
• Implement HSSE, SOPs, MOC, and maintenance procedures at site.
  
• Ensure timely compliance with internal, statutory, safety, QC, and audit recommendations.
  
• Supervise permit-to-work system and ensure safe execution of maintenance jobs.
  
• Train operators and maintenance staff to improve asset utilization and reduce failures.
  
• Liaise with PESO/CCOE, electrical authorities, weights & measures, and local bodies for licenses, approvals, and renewals.
  
• Ensure labor law compliance and vendor quality control.
  
• Maintain SAP PM master data, spares reconciliation, and maintenance documentation.
