Role Overview: As a Team Leader at Netambit ValueFirst Services Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility is to develop strategies for acquiring merchants and retailers from various segments. Your role will involve sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition & activations signing leads. Additionally, you will be managing a team of direct sales people, providing coaching and mentorship in acquisition and relationship management. You will also be tasked with planning, formulating, and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility. Being prepared to travel across the city to develop a market and achieving sales targets are also crucial aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition & activations signing leads. - Managing a team of direct sales people and providing coaching and mentorship in acquisition and relationship management. - Planning, formulating, and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility. - Being prepared to travel across the city to develop a market. - Achieving sales targets. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. - Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to coach others on them. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, working in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking. - Strong leadership and team building skills.
