As an Inside Sales Representative, your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, whether through business directories or client referrals. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to close deals will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Implement creative strategies to reach out to new customers and drive business growth. - Take full ownership of building and maintaining your sales pipeline. - Follow up with customers to qualify leads, whether self-generated or provided by your team or OEM. - Engage with prospects and partners via phone calls, emails, webinars, and tradeshows. - Nurture qualified leads, guide the sales process, and collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and convert them into orders. - Establish strong relationships with Channel Partner Inside/Outside Sales teams for lead hand-off. - Prepare quotes for customers to be finalized by channel partners. - Seek support from technical resources when needed, while developing the ability to work independently. - Conduct effective and professional sales presentations using phone and web technologies. - Share product knowledge with potential clients while aligning with company messaging. - Stay updated on industry technologies to better serve customers. - Track and analyze your own and the company's effectiveness in generating new business. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of leads and activities in the CRM tool.
