You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Customer project 3D designing at Godrej Koerber Supply Chain Ltd. (GKSC) located at Corporate Office, Airoli: **Role Overview:** You will be involved in the preparation of 2D/detailed drawings and providing technical support to sales & service. Additionally, you will handle documentation tasks such as creating product manuals and specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - System Layout Preparation using AutoCAD. - Creating 3D modeling of equipment with parent-child relationship using Autodesk Inventor. - Detailed engineering for fabricated and machined components, 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling using Autodesk Inventor. - Applying GD&T and machining symbols and other relevant information in manufacturing drawings. - Ensuring design release as per the given project schedule and within estimated man-days. - Releasing procurement BOM, long lead items, mfg. Facilities/tooling. - Providing post-design release support to production/vendor/PPC and assembly for production problems & design changes if required. - Preparing specifications for bought-out components and equipment. - Handling technical documentation such as service manuals, spare parts, and tender specifications. **Qualification Required:** - Essential: ITI Draughtsman/Diploma (Mechanical/CAD) - Preferred: ITI Mechanical Draughtsman In this role, you will be expected to have experience in machine equipment design engineering, 3D and 2D detailing, local factory automation (conveyors/cranes/MHE equipment), CAD 3D Design, and 2D Detailing of Mechanical Industry/MHE industry, as well as design detailing/MH Equipment Design. **Skills & Competencies:** - Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor 3D and 2D modeling, or equivalent CAD tools. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work as a team player and collaborate effectively with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT). - Result Orientation: Focused on achieving desired outcomes. - Self-motivated: Driven to excel in tasks. - Good Oral and Written Communication: Ability to effectively communicate. - Positive Attitude: Open to suggestions and improvements.
