Job Description

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to lead engagements aimed at delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers across various stages of problem-solving. This includes tasks such as problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will play a crucial role in reviewing proposals, offering guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and issues related to client business problems. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches to clients for managing change through effective communication mechanisms. In this role, you will also be expected to coach and provide vision for the team, offer subject matter training in focus areas, and motivate team members through timely feedback and recognition of high performance. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this position, you should possess a good understanding of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership. You should also stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a collaborative mindset. Additionally, having knowledge of two or three industry domains, understanding financial processes for different project types, familiarity with various pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management abilities will be valuable assets in this role.
