Job Description

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the engagement effort in delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This involves guiding the team from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will be reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions to identify risks and issues. Your role will also entail identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches for managing change using various communication mechanisms. Additionally, you will coach the team, provide subject matter training, and offer motivation and inspiration through feedback and recognition for high performance. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering value-adding consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. Having a good understanding of software configuration management, strong business acumen, cross-industry thought leadership, and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends will be essential. Moreover, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, industry domain knowledge, familiarity with financial processes for different projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management skills are all key components of this role.
