As a Lead Data Engineer with expertise in AWS, Databricks, Python, and Pyspark, your role at Infosys involves leading the engagement effort to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Your responsibilities include reviewing proposals, analyzing solutions, identifying change management requirements, and coaching the team to provide subject matter training and motivation. Your contributions will be pivotal in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at offering valuable consulting solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the engagement effort to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers - Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions for client business problems - Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches - Coach and create a vision for the team, provide training, and motivate team members - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives for delivering consulting solutions Qualification Required: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Industry domain knowledge in two or three sectors - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, SDLC, and agile methodologies - Client interfacing skills and project/team management expertise In addition to the technical requirements of AWS, Databricks, Python, and Pyspark, preferred skills include expertise in Cloud Platform, specifically AWS Database.
