Time Senior Specialist

Role Overview: At bp, the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function is undergoing a transformation to be more competitive, responsive, and customer-focused. As the Senior T&A, Kronos and GL Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and information to both bp employees and P&C on complex employee processes and data changes within designated areas. Your role will involve ensuring accurate delivery of designated people core areas, transactional support, vendor coordination, and timely system and process analysis via case management system. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor long-term disability and liaise with Cigna - Manage retro case actions - Handle SAP and PeopleSoft data enquiries - Perform transactions and manage tasks for employees in designated people core areas - Review and approve steps in line with policy and thresholds - Deliver record, paperwork, and document cases according to standard operating procedures and legal obligations - Maintain employee and organizational data integrity during administration processing - Administer P&C policies and programs efficiently - Support problem identification and resolution as a subject matter expert - Apply continuous improvements to designated areas - Collaborate with ER/IR, Legal, and Reward & Benefits CoE teams on policy changes and initiatives - Support global system releases, policy changes, and continuous improvement projects - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence - Identify and manage risks to ensure continuous operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Skills: - Prior experience in coaching teams in a shared services environment - Ability to navigate a tiered support model effectively - Strong customer service skills Technical Skills: - Proficiency in administering P&C systems and processes - Digital fluency in Office programs and analytical tools - Numeracy and analytical thinking for data analysis - Risk management with respect for data privacy Behavioral Skills: - Solutions focus and ability to identify process improvements - Relationship management and effective communication - Business acumen and customer focus Additional Company Details (if applicable): At bp, we offer an inclusive culture, work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, medical care packages, and more.
