Time and Motion & Process Improvement Executive

Role Overview: QeMatic is seeking a motivated Time and Motion & Process Improvement Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about operational excellence, process analysis, and driving efficiency.

Note: This role requires field visits and travel to client sites and operational locations as part of job responsibilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

• Analyze workflows
• Conduct time and motion studies
• Support the implementation of process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze workflows, work cycles, and resource utilization.
• Collect and interpret data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Assist in mapping current workflows and documenting SOPs.
• Support the design and implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to gather insights and propose actionable solutions.
• Track KPIs and report on the impact of projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings.
• Support change management and maintain documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree

• 0–2 years of experience in related areas (internships count)
• Strong analytical skills; MS Excel & data tools proficiency preferred
• Effective communicator and team player
• Willingness to learn Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Exposure to time and motion/process improvement projects
• Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma
• Any certification in process improvement (can be acquired post-joining)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
