Job Description

Role Overview: Join the team at CloudRock and take advantage of a generous Sign-On Bonus! As a Workday Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will involve analyzing and troubleshooting Workday configuration, business processes, security, and integration issues. Your role will entail collaborating with support teams, documenting activities, testing configuration changes, and ensuring that support delivery meets client expectations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in knowledge-sharing activities, continuous learning, and be part of an on-call rotation for urgent issues. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and troubleshoot Workday configuration, business process, security, and integration issues. - Use Workday tools to diagnose problems and implement solutions. - Record all support activities in the designated ticketing system. - Work closely with Tier 1 support teams and escalate complex issues when required. - Assist in testing and validating Workday configuration changes before deployment. - Maintain internal knowledge base articles and support documentation. - Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions. - Ensure that support delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Aid in root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. - Monitor support metrics to identify opportunities for automation or service enhancement. - Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside of regular business hours. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Workday support, preferably in an AMS or consulting environment. - Proficient understanding of Workday HCM, Integrations, Security, and Business Processes. - Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc. - Ability to logically analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and communicate technical solutions clearly. - Comfortable working in client-facing roles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong documentation and reporting skills.
