Job Description

TCS present an excellent opportunity for TIBCO Administrator

Job Location: Kolkata

Experience required : 8-10 yrs

Interview date: 10-Dec-25 (Wednesday)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor integration flows across systems using tools such as TIBCO Business Works (BW), EMS, and Hawk. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message failures, performance degradation, or communication errors between applications.

  • Middleware Platform Support

  • Provide operational support for TIBCO middleware components, including BW (5.x/6.x/CE), EMS, Administrator. Restart services, apply patches, manage queues, and perform health checks.

  • Deployment & Configuration

  • Deploy new integration solutions across development, UAT, and production environments. Manage environment configurations and coordinate with release management for smooth rollouts.

  • Log Analysis & RCA

  • Perform log analysis using Tibco CLE, Dynatrace to identify root causes of failures and incidents. Document and escalate recurring issues for permanent fixes.

  • Security & Compliance

  • Manage SSL certificates, user roles, and access control in line with enterprise policies.

  • Collaboration with Application Teams

  • Work closely with application developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to support integration needs, understand system dependencies, and coordinate end-to-end testing/support

  • Incident & Change Management

  • Participate in incident response and resolution activities as per ITIL processes. Create and implement change requests for enhancements, patches, or configuration changes.

    : TIBCO Hawk,Dynatrace Azure Monitor

  • Protocols & Standards

    : SOAP, REST, JMS, SFTP, HTTP, JSON, XML

  • Environments

    : Linux/Unix, Windows, Kubernetes/OpenShift (for BWCE deployments)

  • CI/CD & DevOps

    : Jenkins, Git

  • Ticketing/ITSM

    : ServiceNow
