Therapy Business Manager- GI Optima North Delhi

The primary job function includes achieving the assigned territory/geography-wise sales target and carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision. It is essential to report field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system and meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. The core job responsibilities involve generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share. It is crucial to promote the division's products as per strategy, build relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists, and facilitate strategy building. The ideal candidate should also be a good brand ambassador. The minimum education requirement for this position is a BSc/B. Pharma degree. The candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience, although freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Prior or current experience in the same therapy, especially in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies, will be an added advantage. Fluent and confident communication skills are essential for this role.,
