1. The Client Immersion: High-Touch Clienteling & Private Sales (Months 1-8)
• Become the primary point of contact for our "Humans of RaMa" , the cultural and professional elite who form our customer base.
• Engage directly with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and DMs to curate unforgettable buying experiences.
• Manage private studio appointments and virtual consultations, building your own personal portfolio of high-value clients.
• Develop and execute strategies for client retention, loyalty, and generating new business from our existing community.
2. The Source Immersion: Artisan Cluster & Supply Chain (Months 9-12)
• Travel to our artisan clusters to understand the why behind our brand. You cannot sell "meaningful luxury" if you haven't experience it.
• Understand the economics of "Good for Earth, Better for Skin, Best for People" — how paying generously and using natural dyes creates a meaningful business moat.
• This is a business rotation to arm you with the authentic stories and supply chain knowledge needed to sell our products with conviction.
3. The Business Immersion: Global Maison Operations (Months 13-18)
• Transition from one-on-one sales to broader business generation. • Assist in planning and executing boutique activations, pop-ups, and private trunk shows in India and potentially internationally.
• Learn the core operations of a founder-led maison: inventory, merchandising, and P&L. Whom We Are Hiring: This role is for a future leader who is polished, articulate, and hungry.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students from design/ fashion/ business schools, with a specialization in Marketing, Retail, or Luxury Management.
• A natural, compelling storyteller who can command a room and build instant rapport.
• Proven "hunter" mentality: We want to see your experience in generating business.
• Warm, confident, and sophisticated communication skills —you will be speaking with high-net-worth individuals, editors, and stylists. We are especially excited to meet candidates who have: • Fundraised for college fests, NGOs, or projects.
• Led sponsorship or marketing teams at campus events.
• Participated in—and won—marketing, pitch, or sales competitions.
• Any internship in luxury retail, hospitality, wealth management, or other client facing roles.
