Label Rama is looking for a passionate Inside Sales Luxe Consultant to be part of our intimate, growing team. You must be someone who can communicate the magic behind every garment and curate an unforgettable buying experience. Responsibilities Engage directly with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and DMs to introduce Label RaMa’s limited collections. Understand each client’s taste and lifestyle to recommend the perfect pieces. Invite high-potential customers to private studio appointments or virtual consultations. Maintain personalized follow-ups, building strong relationships with discerning customers. Translate the story of each fabric, technique, and silhouette into an emotionally compelling pitch. Use basic CRM tools (Excel/ Google sheets) to track conversations, leads, and client preferences. Collaborate closely with the design and operations team to stay updated on product details and availability. Assist with boutique activations, pop-ups, and private trunk shows as needed Whom We’re Hiring: Fresh graduates or final-year BBA/BBM/PGDM students from business schools, with specialization or interest in marketing, retail, or luxury management. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; bonus if fluent in Hindi and French. Natural storytellers who can explain craftsmanship, fabric quality, and design in a relatable way. Warm, confident, and thoughtful in client interactions—someone who enjoys helping customers feel special. Proactive and self-driven: willing to take ownership of client accounts and sales journeys. A curious mind who wants to learn about fashion, luxury retail, and artisan textiles.
