TGT Social Studies

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Social Studies based in Jamnagar. Your main responsibility will be planning and delivering engaging lessons in Social Studies to middle and secondary school students. This includes preparing and assessing instructional materials, using effective teaching methods, maintaining classroom discipline, and tracking students" academic progress. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in school events and initiatives to promote holistic learning will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong expertise in Social Studies concepts and curricula, covering History, Geography, Civics, and Economics - Utilize proficient teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills - Create engaging lesson plans, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Studies, Education, or a relevant discipline - Preference for candidates with a B.Ed.
