Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Science at TMS Surat. The TGT Science teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, conducting laboratory demonstrations, evaluating student progress, and creating an interactive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, preparing academic reports, participating in school events, and maintaining high teaching standards in alignment with the school’s values.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in Science, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum implementation
• Effective communication skills, including verbal and written, with an ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience in conducting experiments, managing lab activities, and ensuring safety standards
• Creative teaching methods to foster curiosity and critical thinking in students
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Education (specialization in Science preferred)
• Prior teaching experience in secondary or higher secondary classes is an advantage
• Commitment to fostering student growth and maintaining professionalism at all times
