Good communication and reporting skills Role Description We are looking for a Textiles Assessor for a part-time, on-site position in Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating the skills and competencies of candidates in the textiles industry. This includes conducting assessments as per the prescribed guidelines, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and preparing comprehensive assessment reports. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of candidates as per the standards and protocols of the RSA Evaluate knowledge and hands-on skills related to garment manufacturing, weaving, stitching, and related domains. Prepare and submit accurate, detailed assessment reports within given timelines. Ensure full compliance with assessment norms and industry benchmarks. Maintain integrity, transparency, and confidentiality during the assessment process. Coordinate with internal teams and training centers as required.
