Job Description for Telecaller (Assessor Hiring) Role: Telecaller Department: HR/Recruitment Objective: To assist in recruiting assessors for our projects by contacting potential candidates, screening them, and scheduling interviews. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential assessor candidates from the provided list. Explain the role, project details, and requirements to potential candidates. Collect relevant information, including experience, qualifications, and availability. Schedule interviews and follow up on attendance. Maintain accurate call logs and candidate information. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in local languages, depending on the region. Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Basic data entry skills to manage call logs and feedback. 2. Requirements for the Role Education: Minimum of a Graduate or diploma; any additional HR or recruitment training is a plus. Experience: At least 1 year of telecalling experience, especially in recruitment. Preferred: Previous experience in education or assessment sectors
