Job Description

Bayer Zydus Pharma is looking for Testing Manager to join our team

Plan and coordinate the production of defined Hybrids commercial Seeds at the territory level.
Monitor field production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality seeds.
Provide guidance on seeds production to growers, ensuring compliance with Bayer POP/SOP/WI guidelines.
Optimize production by utilizing best technology to maintain quality specifications and produce required quantities.
Ensure and enforce compliance with local and company regulations for CSP regarding QHSE and Sustainability.
Represent Bayer at the farmer's level, building strong relationships with growers and stakeholders.
