We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, assisting in planning and scheduling tasks, conducting research when required, and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude

  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role is a plus (not mandatory)
