Testing Analyst

As an Adobe Testing Analyst at Astellas, you will play a crucial role in advancing digital initiatives by ensuring quality assurance of digital marketing solutions built on Adobe products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into test strategy, planning, and scenarios to deliver high-quality digital solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scalability, and usability of digital experiences, while also monitoring performance, ensuring security and compliance, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business stakeholders to strategize test approach and planning. - Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and deliverables. - Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and usability of digital experiences. - Monitor website performance using tools like Lighthouse. - Ensure web solutions are secure and compliant with enterprise standards. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies. - Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. - Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions. - Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Adobe platforms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Test Analyst or similar role. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in writing clear test strategy, plan, and test cases. - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing. - Experience with automated testing tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with performance and security testing. - Experience in testing external-facing websites. - Experience in end-to-end testing from front end to back end. - Strong experience with cross-browser and device testing. - Experience with Accessibility standards and testing. - Familiarity with programming languages and scripting preferred. - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Technical certification in Adobe Experience Manager and frontend technologies is a plus. - Experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma industry.
