Testing Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Testing Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in testing and quality assurance.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Conduct thorough testing of banking applications and systems to ensure they meet required standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all aspects of banking products and services.
• Analyze test results and report defects to the development team for resolution.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to improving overall testing efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of banking operations and regulations.
• Proficient in testing tools such as JIRA and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery.
