About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality product releases.
• Define and implement effective test strategies, plans, and processes for manual and automation testing.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and implementation teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Oversee automation framework design, script development, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation of test cases, defect logs, and test reports.
• Track, analyze, and report quality metrics and testing progress.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers in technical and process-related aspects.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA methodologies and tools.
• Manage end-to-end testing for HIS modules, ensuring domain compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
• Proven experience in Healthcare / HIS (Hospital Information System) projects.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in managing QA teams and multi-project environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is an added advantage.
