Qualifications: B. Tech / B.E / M. Tech / M.E / MCA / MSc (Computers)

• Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

• Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing
• efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and test
• automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments.
• Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, Eggplant, etc.) and
• integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements and
• ensure automation solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and ensure adherence to automation best practices
• and standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation frameworks, processes, and reusable
• components to support knowledge sharing.
• Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and
• quality delivery.
• Drive process improvements, tool optimization, and standardization initiatives across testing
• teams.
• Monitor and report test automation KPIs, quality metrics, and delivery performance to
• senior management.
• Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
