SRQ124482 ¿ QA Automation JD: About the role We are building a brand new team focused on delivering high quality applications for both internal users and external customers. Those applications can be built from scratch or will replace existing legacy ones. As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our software products. You¿ll work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define and implement robust testing strategies. . Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into test cases. Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team Proactively discuss with the team to achieve better solutions Collaborate with the team according to the agreed prioritization with the stakeholders and the product owner. End 2 end responsibility for assigned software functionalities. Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories regarding the software you need to test. Expectations, Experience & Knowledge Good communicator (verbal & written) English, confident in speaking and writing Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
