Job Description: Salesforce Developer

A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. They work closely with business analysts, admins, and testers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Developers are also expected to maintain code quality, perform debugging, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using development tools and frameworks
Create and maintain business logic, automated workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
Work with system integration methods for connecting with external applications
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Perform testing and troubleshooting of code before handing it off to quality assurance teams
Ensure adherence to platform best practices and maintain documentation for all development activities
Collaborate with testing teams to resolve issues and validate solutions
Support deployments using migration tools and continuous integration systems
