OHCM Support (P1,P2 and P3 Tickets) Business Critical Requirements ( Both new development as well as support/Enhancements to the existing requirements) Tesco maintenance Project. Barclays Bank Implementation Zendesk Technical Support QPB (Quarterly Patch Bundle) Changes Roles & Responsibilities : Involved in P1,P2 and P3 Tickets and Issue resolution as per committed timeline. Complex report creation for Business critical requirements with accuracy. Providing Demo to the client with end to end test scripts on new development. Technical development for the Business critical requirements. Creating/Enhancements on the Annual performance/Bonus letters and creating the Payroll Patterns for automating the process Provide best solutions to the product. Finalizing the best approaches to the product during refinements to get best results. Maintaining detailed documentation on all activities.
