Your background

• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases
• Prepare test planning and create test cases to test complex web-based applications
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration & User acceptance Testing.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and estimation
• Provide weekly/daily testing reports to the Test Lead/Manager/.
• Work as individual contributor and maintain high standards of communication.
• Present ideas for system improvements; assist the team in establishing good practices and habits.
• Should be able identify and document defects and drive them to closure through coordination
• Should have knowledge of at least one of the standard testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM, etc.
• Hands-on experience in writing automated tests using Java, TestNG and Selenium
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of OOP concepts and the Java programming language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  

Functional Test Engineer

• 4-10 years of experience
