JD for Automation Tester

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

o Having 4 + Years Experience in Selenium Automation

o Proven Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Plan

o Hands on Experience in Selenium suite of tools like Selenium Grid and Selenium

WebDriver

o Having Experience and Expertise using JAVA for Automating application using Selenium

o Working Experience on Data Driven and Keyword Driven Frame works

o Expertise in understanding manual test cases and converting into Automation Scripts

o Good knowledge on regression and functional testing

o Should have knowledge on concepts like file handling/exception

handling/collections/OOPS

o Knowledge on Rest API Implementations using Java

o Good knowledge/Experience in Database (SQL)

o Good Understanding on Build Tool like Maven/Ant/Jenkins

o Experience with version control systems(preferably with SVN)

o Proven ability in handling/grooming minimum two team members

Must Have Skils

o Must have strong analytical and logical thinking including Debugging skills

o Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results within tight time frames

o Ability to communicate and work directly with the client

o Experience on agile methodology and its process using Jira tool

o Experience with BFSI domain Projects is preferred
