Job Title:

Manual Test Engineer – LMS & Collections

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (preferred)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Manual Tester with mandatory experience in LMS (Loan Management System) and Collections domain. The role involves end-to-end testing, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual testing of LMS and Collections modules
Understanding of loan lifecycle, repayments, delinquency, and collections workflows
Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and scenarios
Defect logging and tracking using JIRA/ALM/Bugzilla
Regression, functional, and integration testing
Coordination with developers, BA, and product teams
Support UAT and release testing
Test documentation and reporting

Required Skills:

Manual Testing (3+ years)

LMS domain experience (Mandatory)

Collections process knowledge (Mandatory)

Test case writing and execution

Defect tracking tools – JIRA / QC / ALM

Understanding of SDLC & STLC
