Test Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end testing delivery across large and complex programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Define and implement test strategies aligned with business goals and technical architecture.
• Lead teams across manual, automation, and performance testing, with a hands-on approach when needed.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the landscape and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Guide teams in using Selenium, Appium, Windows App Driver, and basic scripting with Python.
• Ensure best practices in Agile QA, including sprint planning, defect management, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical oversight to test leads and engineers.

Must-Have Skills:

• 18–20 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in a test management or delivery leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large QA teams and high-stakes testing programs.
