Project Role Description :

Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance testing strategies, ensuring that quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle, and leveraging innovative solutions to improve testing accuracy and efficiency. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches that align with the latest industry standards and practices, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. - Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
