Job Description

Preferred Experience

• Proven expertise in integrated V&V strategy development.

• Strong background in test planning, management, and execution.

• Experience with agile development and multi-stakeholder delivery models.

• Proficiency in testing methodologies (keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD, hybrid).

• Hands-on experience with Circuit Breakers, Relays, and electrical protection

systems.

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, substation

automation).

• Advanced skills in test automation and scripting (Python, Selenium, NI TestStand).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB,INOCOSE) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer

Science, or related field.

• Specialization in Power Distribution, Embedded Systems, or Automation is a plus.
