Key Responsibilities
Perform onsite diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops (hardware & software).
Replace or repair components such as motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, batteries, displays, and other parts.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software.
Provide preventive maintenance and health checkups for customer laptops.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts availability and repair updates.
Document service activities, job completion reports, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely closure of service calls as per SLA timelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
