1) Ownership of the Asset Gathering Target of the Zone & assigned territory
2) Driving Investment Product Sales through Wealth Relationship Managers and Business Development Relationship Managers.3) Increasing AUM of the location.4) Penetration of existing client base for creating new investors in MF/Investments from existing client base.5) Ensuring better client experience both by qualitative and quantitative interventions.6) Assist in investment portfolio asset allocation of customers.7) Portfolio Monitoring/Review.8) Coach Asset RMs and Business Development RM teams on latest products.9) Conduct Market and Product update calls for Asset RMs and Business Development RMs on regular basis10) Client Calls (along with RMs) to educate provide details and source investment in these products11) Regular interaction with the product providers for product updates, market feedback etc and internally communicate the same12) Product Activation PMS / AIF.
Candidate Profile
1) Strong Relationship Management skills.
2) Excellent understanding oftrading strategies.3) Ability to build and lead large teams with demonstrated track record of leadership skills.4) Product knowledge in equity market & wealth advisory.
