Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Service Manager located in Hyderabad. The Territory Service Manager will oversee all service operations within the assigned territory, ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a team of service technicians, coordinating service schedules, monitoring performance metrics, implementing quality standards, and addressing customer issues promptly. The role also involves skill development, compliance with operational policies, and achieving service-related targets.

Qualifications

• Strong team management and leadership skills to oversee and guide service technicians effectively.
• Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for addressing customer concerns and improving service quality.
• Experience in process management and implementing operational policies to ensure smooth service operations.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and the ability to deliver exceptional after-sales support.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and improving team and operational performance.
• Familiarity with the water purification, vacuum cleaner, and air purifier product domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to fast-paced environments.
