Job Description

As a Territory Sales Officer at Bunge, you will play a crucial role in the new market of Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Reporting to the Manager in the Commercial department, your main focus will be on managing and expanding the distribution network in the region to drive sales volume and achieve significant business growth. - Managing the current distribution network of distributors - Expanding the distribution network in Krishnapatnam - Driving sales volume in the entire area - Developing the market to achieve year-on-year growth for the next 3-5 years Key performance indicators for this role include: - Achieving annual volume and MAV targets - 100% geo-tagging of created outlets - DMS installation at distributors with average monthly sales above 5 meters - Ensuring no expiry of forecasted stocks in assigned depots To excel in this role, you will need to: - Focus on automation at the field force level - Train DSMs on SFA - Increase buying outlets month-on-month - Analyze buying patterns - Drive secondary sales Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic market are essential for success in this position. You will be expected to support the sales team by sharing your experience and knowledge to empower them and lead them to deliver desired results. Building and maintaining good business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders will be crucial for long-term success in this role.
